An unknown UFC fighter and possibly former military guy was, going by the name "Justin" stuck up and beat the mugger to a bloody pulp.
The most interesting thing here, for me, is that even though Justin is a human weapon, he tried to avoid conflict. He tried to give the mugger $30 to avoid trouble. Fighting always comes at a risk, and if the the price isn't too high, you should avoid it. For Justin, the price was $30.
