That's right, more St. Patrick's day video, and this one is really good.
The cop knows exactly what he's doing. Did you see that knowing smirk he gave the camera? At that point he decided he was going to get in the kid's face, provoke him and than arrest him when he reacted. Picking him up by then neck is awesome. Putting him down ass in the air by the trash is icing on the cake.
